Remote Corporate Attorney

Parker + Lynch Legal is excited to partner with an exceptional law firm seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney to join their Corporate & Securities Practice Group to sit in Minneapolis, MN or remotely. This is an excellent opportunity at a well respected law firm.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years of relevant law firm corporate securities transactional experience, primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private and public securities offerings and compliance, entity formation and governance, commercial contracting, drafting technology agreements and general business counseling.

A commitment to transactional practice is required for this role

Attorneys with an interest in intellectual property related commercial contracting will be given special consideration
