Progressive regional CPA firm is currently searching for an Audit Experienced Staff or Senior to specialize in the government client specialization of their practice. Candidates may live anywhere and be home based permanently, or choose to relocate post Covid for a hybrid position based in OR or CA. The Audit Senior will be in charge of running multiple auditing and accounting projects. Candidates should be currently (or recently) employed in public accounting (with either a Big-4, national, or local CPA firm) and have worked on government clients. Responsibilities of the Audit Senior positions include planning and conducting certified audits and reviews, financial reporting, special projects, and supervision of staff. Prefer CPA's with a minimum of at least 2 years of experience in public accounting (with a Big-4, national, or local CPA firm.)This firm is very entrepreneurial and consulting oriented, and has been ranked among the best CPA firms to work for in the U. S. They are a great alternative to the Big-4 for prospective employees as well as clients seeking more personalized service. They do not maintain a typical "corporate" culture and employees are not treated as a number or one of the masses.
