What you will do
He/she will be responsible for all aspects and daily functions of our Ducted Systems Residential Product Management business. You will provide product leadership and marketing of HVAC Residential products (product strategy, product management, application support).
Major focuses will be on developing, managing and driving execution of the Multi-Generation Product Plan, working with the Engineering team to develop a Technology Roadmap, creating and executing product launch plans, and monitoring key KPIs such as revenue, margins, and market share.

How you will do it
Develop and maintain annual department budget. Analyze and develop opportunities for new products that provide JCI with an advantage for our Residential Products business. Guide the product phase in/phase out process and timelines. Research competition comparisons, pricing trends and market analysis. Develop and lead the long-term Residential product strategy, and capitalize on the strengths of the products and technology for North America to build the product roadmap. Represent the customer as a key member of cross-functional team in the New Product Introduction process. What we look for
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business or related field of study. Minimum 10+ years of product management experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on the Residential segment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong leadership. Proven history of change management. Preferred
MBA or Master of Science Degree.
