Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist who will manage transactional communications to inform/communicate and educate consumers about their home delivery pharmacy prescription orders. This position will be responsible for the creative design and ownership of transactional communications as well as building relationships cross functionally to provide the optimal pharmacy patient consumer experience by eliminating gaps and/or confusing, inaccurate, redundant, or unnecessary touchpoints. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities: Guide planning and direction in the design, development, and implementation of order-related / pharmacy member communications including, but not limited to email, SMS, letters, prescription order forms, and various types of supplemental drug information Content development, copywriting, editing End-to-end project management for a variety of product and program communications Develop project calendars and manage to deadlines Demonstrated ability to manage projects from end-to-end Ability to think creatively against deadlines with acute attention to detail and multiple cross-functional processes Add value to strategic brainstorming sessions / creative development Translate objectives in a well-articulated creative brief Manage creative build and various rounds of revisions Experience with creative concept development based on requests from multiple internal stakeholders and message development Provides clear and easy-to-understand creative direction to creative partners Drive strategic and tactical messaging decisions by delivering and interpreting feedback from multiple stakeholders across the organization Ability to receive/interpret/provide direction and feedback to manage the various rounds of revisions among internal stakeholders and agency partners Follow the creative development process including full marketing communication review, package up and route to stakeholders and finalize all approvals and feedback Manage individual creative / project spend Estimates Agency invoicing and tracking You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
