We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated individual, capable of multitasking, working individually to join our Jersey City office in servicing our rapidly evolving investment analytics software offerings to global investment intuitions. As a member of our team, the ideal candidate will have exposure to best practices, current technologies, and investment intuitions workflows.

What you’ll do:

  • Supporting investment institutions on Wilshire’s suite of investment analytics applications.
  • Case management, Problem management, Project management and Documentation.
  • Basic management of Active Directory and GPO.
  • Basic management of Citrix VDA, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL Servers
  • Troubleshooting server and application events.
  • Design, code, test, document, implement and maintain application workflows.
  • Have knowledge of scripting tools and/or programming language to automate workflows.
  • Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for applications.
  • Being available after hours and on weekends if needed.
  • What you have:

  • 2-6 years combined experiences technology/application service and/or system administration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical aptitude.
  • Comfortable with creating and maintaining Windows batch and PowerShell scripts.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Server.
  • Excellent communications skills and a quick leaner.
