Senior Trainer Delivery – Real Estate (Fortune 500) - Remote

(Location Flexible – Remote / 70% travel)

The Senior Trainer role participates in the content review and delivery of programs that support the vision and strategies of the CENTURY 21. You are an accomplished trainer who brings a wealth of knowledge and best practices from being a real estate sales professional with strong sales and leadership background.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as subject matter expert in different areas of real estate sales and management skills.
  • Facilitate training content for online and in-person delivery to affiliate network.
  • Lead content pilots.
  • Design and craft one-off webinars based on the business strategy and use of digital leads and marketing tools.
  • Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats to incorporate simulations, case studies, role plays, and team exercises/discussions.
  • Facilitates Masterminds and Panels both live and virtual.
  • Assist with promotion and communication of webinar and course initiatives (social media and email campaigns).
  • Collaborate with instructional design team in capturing sales best practices, providing guidance for classroom delivery options and ideas.
  • Collaborate across multiple corporate teams and clients.
  • Maintain strategic alliances with industry and training organizations while staying current on trends, standards, adult learning styles as well as blended/social learning techniques.
  • Interview subject matter experts (Brokers, Managers, Trainers, Recruiters, Agent Team Leaders and Sales Associates) for learning and content development research.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer classes (live and/or virtual) to develop field Growth Consultants to support their book of business.

  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in training and facilitation.
  • Minimum of five years’ real estate sales or management experience highly preferred.
  • Strong organization, administrative and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) functionality.
  • Demonstrates success in managing small and large classroom groups (both virtually and live).
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation / delivery.
  • Competency working with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to travel 12-15 days out of the month.
     
  • This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
    Remote working requires 50 MB download and 7MB upload internet speed.
