Job Description SummaryAs part of GE's IT Risk Identity & Access Management team, this individual will contribute to the definition and implementation of the next generation of Identity & Access Management tools and policies across GE. This individual will integrate with new and existing initiatives across GE Digital to drive the IT Risk & Security requirements and policies from design through implementation.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:• Lead strategy for policy/control adherence via monitoring/compliance automation.• Lead team towards completion of strategic goals.• Define use cases related to the consumption of Identity & Access management services• Provide inputs to the current Identity & Access management risk assessment and identify potential gaps in the existing solutions• Define and operationalize IT Risk & Security strategy & policies for Identity & Access Management• Identify new technologies and solutions for the next generation of Identity controls• Manage day to day operations maintenance, processing and resolving issues.• Drive completion of Multiyear Initiatives Program for SSO, MFA, PAM, and IDM implementation.• Propose updates to strategic plans based on analysis of Lean management outcomes.• Be responsible for mitigation of account defects within the OS/DB layer for on-premise and cloud environments.• Troubleshoot application alerts from monitoring tools.• Drive customer communication during critical events and lead retrospective meetings.• Drive a higher level of customer satisfaction by improving support team quality, knowledge, and training.• Drive Lean Operations improvements to facilitate automation of operational functions.• Develop KPIs that drive awareness, identify risks, and assist decision making process.• Drive customer communication during critical events and lead retrospective meetings.• Drive projects that improve customer experience, application process or performance with minimal guidance.• Develop and foster relationship with application owners and strategic decision makers.Minimum Qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and 6+ years of relevant OR a H.S. Diploma and 10+ yrs. of relevant experience.Must be willing to work on site from our Atlanta or Cincinnati offices 3 days a week when we reopen.U.S. work authorization is required,we will not sponsor work Visa's for this role now or in the future.Desired CharacteristicsTechnical Expertise:Strong scripting experience - Python and/or SQL preferred.Experience with Identity & Access Management technologies (SailPoint, Oracle Identity Analytics).Be able to debug Applications, take thread dumps, knowledge of SSO OperationsBe fluent with System Administration and Unix Shell commands.IT project management experience in Security or Compliance. Experience working in IT audit or compliance is a plus. Business Acumen:Experience working in an environment with export control requirements. Big 4, accounting, consulting, or CISA / CISM certification. Green Belt / Black Belt Certified or Quality training certificationLeadership:Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical communities.Proven ability to coordinate and influence large groups.Ability to lead team of diverse responsibilities to accomplish strategic goals.Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.Communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions.Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise.
