This position is responsible for being the driving force of Hub. Working directly with our engineers,multi-locations and our client feedback to design, grow and take Hub to the next level. Creating requirements that can be followed by engineers and designers is a must. You will need to give direction, prioritize and work with the teams to make sure they understand the goals of the product.Understanding how multi-location businesses run and what both corporate and individual locations need to understand their business is the direction that Hub will require.We need someone who can adapt quickly to change and is ready for new challenges each day. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager Thryv Product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create Requirements -- Create requirements for Thryv engineering to have guidelines to build out the various Hub features.

Hub Integrations -- Work directly with the Solutions Architect and Multi-location team to get franchise adoption pre-sale and post-sale.

Hub Demo -- Demo Hub for larger multi-location sales that are farther along in the process and for key stakeholders.

Prioritization of features and visuals -- Prioritize features based on data and feedback. This will be done for everything hub including logic, features and the UI/UX.

Market Research -- Stay current on the latest market trends for multi-location business and what data and visuals help impact their business models.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process.

• Preferred Qualifications: Two+ years of experience working on technical projects and integrations.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team based on project requirements.

• Ability to prioritize projects, features and tasks from various sources.

• Technical documentation writing.

• Speak in-front of people or at a group conference

• Communicate effectively to developers and in layman's terms to others who aren't specialized in the industry.

• Work in a fast paced environment that is changing on a daily basis.

• Experience with SMB software.

• Client facing experience.

• Contract experience.

• Creating custom content.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Demonstrate industry knowledge/expertise.

• Previous Product Manager Experience or similar background. - provided by Dice
