  • We will count on you to:

  • Convert active leads into sales and solicit participation for compensation and benefit surveys
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and internet inquiries that may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
  • Conduct needs-based assessment to identify the right product(s) for clients and prospects
  • Leverage internal connections and resources to provide answers and resolve client issues
  • Adapt to Oracle based systems to process client and product order information
  • Represent the client service team on internal projects by participating in meetings and communicating relevant information and tasks to the team
  • Provide support for other internal functions as needed during times of high activity
  • What you need to have:  

  • Associates degree or above, and minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Tech Savvy – ability to learn and navigate between multiple platforms
  • Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, written, interpersonal and business communication skills
  • Good problem solving and judgment capabilities with strong initiative
  • Ability to effectively and accurately manage multiple tasks and projects, with a sense of urgency, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • What makes you stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Oracle Database
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization
