At RentPath (now a Redfin company), the Senior Compensation Analyst will lead compensation initiatives that ensure RentPath's pay philosophy is equitable and competitive.

A day in the life

  • Monitoring and advising on internal equity matters concerning employee base of ~800
  • Execution of compensation changes related to promotions, new hires, etc.
  • Assisting in merit process (communication, disbursement, tracking, recommendation on merit budget, market competitiveness, etc.)
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and spreadsheets as requested.
  • Participate in and support implementations of new or revised variable compensation plans (e.g., pilot programs and contests) in comp calculation system.
  • Complete additional projects or responsibilities when requested by Manager.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with equivalent experience.
  • 3+ Years progressive experience in a compensation role
  • Demonstrated consistent success operating with rapidly shifting priorities, deliverables and timelines; is energized by this environment.
  • Previous experience in annual merit process administration
  • Expert level in MS Excel and Google Suite
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
