About the role
As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to sell medically underwritten life insurance products. This is an inside sales role with no cold calling or prospecting; our prospective customers call us or request a life insurance quote online.
We will support your growth and development by providing company paid licensing and extensive training on products, sales concepts and our value proposition. With each customer you’ll conduct a suitability analysis over the phone to ensure they purchase products that meet their needs and eligibility requirements. You will work with customers across the United States.

Quickly develop a rapport with clients over and strategically overcome objections
Deliver on monthly production goals; maintain/exceed established standards of performance
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently explain insurance policy features and benefits
Inquire about medical history and detail the customer’s response in order to generate an accurate quote
Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and act with limited supervision
Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
What we are looking for
2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success and achieving goals
Experience with receiving inbound and/or making outbound calls, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to listen and explain ideas
Proficiency working in a Windows environment with strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
Ability to acquire resident state Life and Health license (company-paid training and licensing)
