What We're Looking For:

As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be an integral part of the Finance team and will be responsible for providing thoughtful and highly valued planning and insightful analysis to support strategic decision making and drive the mission and strategic objectives of the Company.

Principal Responsibilities

Things You'll Do:

* Drive value-added planning and forecasting activities including budgeting/planning, forecasting, long-range modeling in support of global business and functional teams, as well as deliver report summaries and presentations
* Prepare accurate, timely, and actionable management reporting to global and functional teams, gain key insights into trends with meaningful and actionable analyses
* Build strong relationships and collaborate with business leaders to become a trusted advisor who highlights risks and spots opportunities, based on sound judgment, finance expertise and business acumen
* Performs detailed research and variance analysis against forecasts, budget, and actuals, on costs, revenue, and other operating metrics
* Lead monthly reviews and provide thoughtful analyses to functional teams to support decision making and drive accountability
* Identify, understand, analyze and provide insight into key performance metrics to help improve the organization
* Collaborate with the team members to develop process improvements within the Finance Department and across the Company, including but not limited to internal controls, report generation, process automation, improved use of technology, and documentation processes & procedures, etc.

Position Requirements

What You Will Bring:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* 3+ years of relevant experience in FPA&A, Finance/Accounting roles; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system and/or CPM system; knowledge of Adaptive Insights a big plus
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
* Excellent customer focus, service mentality, and the ability to partner closely with internal customers
* Driven self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, and evolving environment while maintaining n a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong business and financial acumen. Proven ability to think creatively with strong problem-solving
* Ability to take ownership and drive improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
* Technology industry or SaaS related experience is strongly preferred
