Our client in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking experienced Recruiters to start ASAP. This position, depending on years of experience, can sit remotely for 3-4 days/week and is extremely independent. Commission is uncapped and begins from day 1! Our client is not metric based but productivity based. Here, you can create and/or maintain your own style of recruiting and choose which reqs you would like to work on within the US. MUST HAVE: 

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1+ years of Recruiting experience at a staffing firm
  • Recently worked directly for an agency 
    • NICE TO HAVE: 
  • Telecom or technical recruiting experience 
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency 
    • DAY TO DAY: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews with the company's clients. You will have access to Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Dice and Monster. Your performance will be based on productivity and goals, not specific metrics.
