A leading international law firm is looking for an experienced Transactional Secretary to join their team. This is opportunity will allow for several days of remote work permanently, and offer top compensation, benefits and other perks.


Duties and Accountabilities

  • Monitor Partner e-mails to flag high priority and urgent items.
  • Answer, screen, and place calls in a professional manner.
  • Prioritize, manage multiple assignments and communicate the status of assignments in a timely manner.
  • Meet and greet clients in a professional manner.
  • Draft and input daily time diaries for Partners.
  • Proofread and edit legal documents to correct grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Print and file correspondence.
  • Produce and transcribe accurate dictation.
  • Manage Partners’ calendars.
  • Manage requests for conflicts clearance and opening new matters.
  • Make travel arrangements (including transportation, lodging and meals), and prepare business itineraries.
  • Contact Concierge service for conference room and additional needs of meetings, set up conference calls, when needed.


Qualifications

  • Position requires 5+ year’s legal secretarial experience.
  • A high school diploma is required. A college degree is preferred.
  • Notary Public license is beneficial, but not required.
