Company:Description:Summary: The National Industry Project Coordinator provides support to the national Business Insurance (BI) team in many ways, with a primary focus on supporting the development and execution of our national industry practice strategy.Essential Functions:National Business Insurance TeamSupport the coordination & execution of key regional and national priorities as a member of that National Business Insurance TeamSystem navigation and response to colleague inquiries on resources and dataNational Industry Practice DevelopmentWorks collaboratively across MMA including risk issue Centers of Excellence and Marsh McLennan sister companies to create awareness and support of key initiatives that impact Industry PracticesSupport coordination of meetings for Industry Practice Leaders including maintenance of multiple distribution listsCoordinate speakers, presentation slides, agendas, summarize key-themes & distribute to participants and key colleagues & departments for all Industry Practice calls & meetingsAggregates notes & follow-ups with outside key parties that are critical to Industry PracticesHelps develop, and primary manager of on-going calendar for all Industry Practice eventsHelps facilitate virtual and in-person summits; coordinates logistics, scheduling, and participant communications, along with assisting in execution of the eventAssists with drafting correspondences & communications from Industry Practice Leadership to internal and external partiesEmploys use of all communication channels for Industry Practices including Chatter engagementMaintains content on Industry Practice pages in the MyMMA Colleague PortalPartners with Marketing to analyze and share content/campaign metricsLiaison with the BI Project Manager to track sponsorship offerings, prepare & assist in delivering Stewardship reports through the BI Medallion Program and Industry Practice Sponsorships Support data collection efforts as it relates to Industry Practice development initiativesSurvey Industry Practices teams to update POSI and trends for thought leadership and marketing collateralSupport data and Industry Practice report creation for various usesPerform additional responsibilities as necessary to support business objectivesQualifications:3-5 years of experience in property & casualty marketplace and agency operations or comparable fieldSkilled ability to keep multiple tasks on course for completion at the same time with attention to detailAbility to work independently; Resourceful for answers within wide range of content and systemsProven ability to interact with and create a network of contactsSuperior communications, problem solving skills, negotiation and presentation skillsExperienced in technology; ability to quickly learn new systems and proficient use of the MS Office suite, especially Power Point and ExcelBA/BS focused on Business Management, Project Management, or similar specialization.Working Environment:Option for remote working and/or location in an MMA officeSome travel expected
