As the new Talent Sourcer, you will focus on strategically building a robust talent pipeline by conducting in-depth talent and market research and utilizing data-driven sourcing strategies. Whether you are leveraging our business intelligence or managing our referral network data to find hidden talent, you’re able to effectively assess and match the right person, for the right job, right now and for the future.

Your responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Expert advisor: Work closely with the recruiting team to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top diverse talent
  • Groundbreaker:  Using creative techniques to actively find and recruit passive candidates for new-to-the-industry, difficult-to-fill positions, you make sure to leverage social media, professional communities, associations, networking, referrals, as well as, other innovative sourcing methods.
  • Relationship builder:  Developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future consideration, you actively build a pipeline of best in-class candidates.
  • Brand ambassador:  Acting as a Realogy champion, you ensure a first-class introduction and experience for prospective candidates and engage them to consider a conversation about career opportunities at Realogy.
  • Star finder:  It’s one thing to source a candidate. It’s another to separate the good from the great and bring them into the company.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, I/O psychology or related area preferred. Master’s degree a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience with passive recruiting techniques, including utilizing LinkedIn and other social networks for talent. Ability to think outside the box for targeted selection and creative sourcing
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and assessing Technology and/or Sales talent
  • Knowledge, understanding, and experience with sourcing strategies and techniques that result in sustained hires
  • Exceptional customer/client management skills with the desire to meet the needs of each client
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create executive level presentations
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritization, time management, and follow-up
  • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn preferred
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
