Apply today.WITHIN YOUR ROLEBased out of Wood Dale, IL (Chicago suburb/remote), you will report to the Sr Manager, HR Operations - Systems and serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for Workday security and organization structures, SOX compliance and data audits. In addition to the Security Partner and Organization Partner designations, you will be a Workday Pro providing general HR system administration and support to ensure accuracy of our associate's information as they progress through the 'Hire to Retire' career continuum.Collaborating closely with the PID Legal team, you will be a functional subject matter expert on data privacy as it relates to protected identifying information (PII), building internal HR expertise on privacy policies, regulatory requirements, escalation procedures, and error resolution.In this role, you will:Promote overall data quality and assist in managing and protecting the company's workforce data; collaborate with the HR team to report issues and see them through to resolution.Develop a deep understanding of the business and platform org structure to ensure security access and organizational requirements of the business are reflected in the HR systems.Train & coach others on policies and practices related to HR Systems including but not limited to Workday and other downstream systems as needed.Aid with data clean-up and audits as needed in preparation of major HR activities or events such as P4G, Engagement Survey, or the Annual Compensation Planning cycle.Devote a considerable amount of time to ensuring the personal identifying information managed by HR is protected in accordance with the various data privacy laws and regulations in place globally. WITHIN YOUR EDUCATION, BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:2-3 years' overall experience in HR Systems, preferably Workday, in a global and advanced system administration capacity.Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline (Business, Human Resources, IT) preferredPrevious experience working closely with the Legal team, HR and business leaders.WITHIN YOUR SKILLS AND ABILITIESExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ability to see beyond the immediate to provide insight to all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes and practices while ensuring compliance.Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
