This position will be responsible for high volume recruitment of exempt and non-exempt Commercial positions and held accountable to meeting specific staffing goals (time to fill, diversity hiring, recruiting compliance, etc.).*What will you do? * * Act as the subject matter authority for recruitment related questions for hiring managers and human resources* Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead recruitment process for active open positions. This includes:* Conducting intake meetings* Developing the sourcing strategy* Sourcing talent and screening applicants* Conducting interviews* Facilitating debrief meetings* Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers* Develop thoughtful strategies to identify top talent* Maintain open communication with all partners throughout the process* Generate/complete reports as needed* Participate in projects as needed*How will you get here? Education** Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related degree program preferred or 4+ years equivalent experience working in a professional environment with a high school diploma required*Experience** A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience* Commercial recruiting experience required* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred*Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required or equivalent* Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and time management skills, the ability to work independently, and diplomacy skills are required* 15% travel Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is the world leader in serving science, with annual revenue exceeding $35 billion.
