Director Sales - Remote
Brief Description:
New Business Development Opportunity! We need a motivated sales candidate with industry knowledge and drive. Experience in the relocation industry is necessary. It is a virtual position covering the U.S. West Coast territory with moderate travel requirements.
Accountabilities:
Designing a territory strategy and prospecting sales leads within assigned sales region.
Nurturing leads through relationship management and identification of business fit.
Designing a pricing/profitability strategy while maintaining company profitability.
Constructing the RFP response with technical support from writers.
Participation in sales presentations, coordinating dry runs, developing and communicating our win strategy.
Leading the contract negotiation with involvement from legal.
Ensuring a smooth onboarding, working with client services and implementation teams.
Management of special projects including strategic initiatives, trade conferences, etc.
Leadership:
Represent Sales at a local level via active participation in industry conferences, leveraging supplier relationships and hosting Cartus sponsored events.
Maintaining and foster relationships with Cartus internal departments and external suppliers/partners to find solutions and exceed our prospect’s needs.
Requirements:
Ability to travel 20%-30%.
Minimum 2 years proven success in selling outsourced services to multi-national companies.
Proven experience with meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong presentation and networking skills –face to face and by phone.
Demonstrated excellence in new business development and consultative selling by developing our specific value proposition based on prospect needs assessment.
Proven ability to build a pipeline, understanding prospects needs and pain points.
Strong analysis and decision-making skills.
This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
Remote working requires 50 MB download and 7 MB upload internet speed.
