The Project Manager works directly with the client project team (including management) to manage projects within defined scope and budget constraints, mitigating all issues interfering with successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

* End-to-end management of successful client software implementation / integration projects, including administration of contractual deliverables and timelines.

* Ability to perform project control activities, including but not limited to, creating and maintaining detailed project plans, weekly status reports, financial health reports, meeting minutes, and coordinating staffing activities using shared resource pool.

* Establish and manage customer expectations, changes or gaps in delivery.

* Ensure the timely and budgeted completion of projects.

* Communicate to team regarding project plan development, status and change.

* Planning, decision making, and resourcing of project with client and internal team to understand expectations and goals for each team.

* Manage internal reporting and analysis for financial profitability across multiple and /or complex projects.

* Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Required Experience:

* 5+ years of large scale, global project/program management experience working with external customers.

* Experience must include P&L, growth strategies, issue/risk mitigation, metrics, client/customer relationships, and day-to-day operations.

* Must have at least 2 years of Program Management experienced in the ERP space. Preferably NetSuite

* Certified Project Management Professional.

* Expert level experience in Agile/Scrum.

* Previous history inside of large scale vendor management systems.

* Background in HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance.

* Experience working with C-level executives to position and advise on capabilities, deliverables and resourcing within the client's organization.
