You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities: Develop, communicate, and manage the Epic environment strategy for a large Epic customer with an EMFI configuration Manage the Data Courier and EMFI setup and configuration for a client with multiple Epic instances Review EMFI interface error logs and triage error investigations to the application teams when appropriate Monitor data and database integrity as it pertains to the ability to sync static data with Epic's EMFI tool Develop and support execution of Epic change management policies, procedures, and best practices for a client with multiple Epic instances Assist Epic support teams in determining and requesting optimal EMFI and DC INI and item configuration Implement changes to item configuration settings for EMFI and DC for different Epic Masterfiles Assist with the planning of Epic upgrades and go-lives by serving as a technical SME Help train Epic analysts on proper procedures to configure and migrate build in a multi-instance Epic environment You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. RequiredQualifications: Degree required e.g. Associate, Bachelors, Masters, or a minimum of 4 years of healthcare IT experience 5+ years Epic experience including Epic project experience Epic certification/proficiency in Data Courier Administration, IntraConnect EMFI, Operational Database Administration or Cogito Database Administration or other relevant modules Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Epic's Chronicles Data Structure If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.
