Join us as we pursue our disruptive new vision to make machine data accessible, usable and valuable to everyone. We are a company filled with people who are passionate about our product and seek to deliver the best.

What you embody:

As a player/coach you are prepared to discover what is outstanding about each person you manage. Value and capitalize on the distinctive abilities and even the eccentricities of your employees, and learn how best to integrate them into a cohesive team.

Think strategically and see metrics around every corner. Outcomes and how to produce them are your bread and butter. Coaching and being coached come as naturally to you as receiving and delivering feedback.

You understand and embody a servant-leadership philosophy and you understand how to help individuals navigate the shallows and guide them to keep their heads above water.

It is important to you that career decisions are made fairly and that performance is assessed with transparency and accountability.

Be willing to have hard conversations with team members who are struggling in their role and engage in creative ways to set them on the right path. Lean towards questions that encourage thought and insight.

A good work-life balance is essential to your success and you enjoy working with people who see eye to eye on that subject. You foster work-life balance within your team by promoting a family-first mentality.

What we do: I want to and can do that!

  • Manage a team of sales engineers specializing in specific technologies.
