Job Position: Human Resources Analyst (REMOTE ROLE) Job Location: Overland Park, Kansas
Duration: 6 months - Potential to convert to FTE at 6 months​
Pay Rate: $ 23.25 Per Hour on W2
Job Description:

  • This position can be base remote from the worker's home.
  • The HR Recruiting Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support,Offer letter creation and distribution.
  • New-hire onboarding support (managing process from start to finish)
  • Communicating with new-hires, Recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure documents are uploaded, processes are authorized, IT equipment is ordered, and other tasks
  • May be tasked with ad hoc report generation and other administrative duties
  • Previous new-hire onboarding support experience preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other systems preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced technical capabilities: Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and reporting systems
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
