As the Underwriting Manager you will be leading and mentoring a team of talented Conventional and Government Underwriters within the Wholesale division. You will also assist in the management of the underwriting pipeline, cognizant of service levels, turn times, quality, compliance and expectations of the company
What You Need for this Position
At Least 5 Yrs. Experience With
- 5+ years Manager/Team Lead experience
- DE Cert. REQUIRED
- LAPP/SAR Cert. REQUIRED
- STRONG Wholesale Experience
- Encompass experience
