Frost & Sullivan is seeking a Sponsorship Account Executive to assist with our growing Event Sponsorship Sales team in Miami, FL. As a Sponsorship Account Executive you will prospect, solicit and service potential sponsors and exhibitors for our 10 Executive Summits – the best events in the industry. The markets you may cover include Pharmaceuticals; Biotech, Medical Devices, Mobile Communication, Telecommunications and High Tech. The services you may focus on are eBusiness, Marketing Research; Competitive Intelligence; Strategic Alliances; Mergers & Acquisitions; Customer Relationship Management; Internet Marketing.

On location, you will service your clients and solicit new business at the events, which are typically taking place at a luxury golf resort and vacation setting including Scottsdale, Orlando, San Diego and Las Vegas. Sponsorship products may include a 5-Star dinner reception, executive golf tournament and themed cocktail reception.   • Prospect new clients for Sponsorship and Exhibition
  • Attend Industry trade shows to solicit new business
  • Close new business and further develop existing business
  • Introduce new products and services to sell
  • Service your clients at Frost & Sullivan Events
  • Help to establish a presence as “the event” in the industry
  • Work with production team in securing top-notch speakers
  • Participate in weekly meetings to brainstorm new ideas that will allow us to continue to improve the quality of our events and sponsorships
  • Use mastery of the position and leadership skills to advance with the Company
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5+ years successful sales experience
  • Superior closing skills
  • College Degree
  • Ability to grasp concepts and markets quickly
  • Knowledge of contact software and basic programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly coachable – ready and eager to learn
  • Works with high degree of intensity and follow through
  • Must be strong team player and possess a great attitude
  • Ability to travel (3-5X a year)
