This entry-level position offers a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of the Program Management Team, a department that is committed to excellence and enhancing the client experience.
This is a Hybrid / WFH Position that requires 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home.
Job Details for Customer Service Specialist:

  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
    • Hybrid WFH / In Office Schedule
    • 2 Days in Office \ 3 Days at Home
  • Pay Rate: $19-20 /hour to start - RAISE AND BENEFITS AFTER PROBATIONARY PERIOD
Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Specialist:
  • Respond to and handle complex customer inquiries
  • Problem Solve issues with clients for immediate resolution
  • Provide timely and effective follow through
  • Coordinate projects with vendors and contractors from start to completion
  • Respond to customer concerns and requests via telephone call and email.
  • Maintaining and updating notes in client files and on work orders.
  • Routinely check-in with service team to confirm progress is being made.
  • Provide thorough updates to clients as needed.
  • Work with a team to coordinate on shared documents and group projects.
Job Requirements for Customer Service Specialist:
  • HS Diploma or GED Required. College Degree preferred
  • At least one (1) year of customer service experience in a professional/office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be positive, reliable, and have great communication skills
