We're hiring a Provider Operations Specialist! This position supports the Provider Operations Manager in the management of local and global provider network implementation and maintenance for Bright Horizons Back-Up Care, related processes, and system maintenance and development that supports the work of the Provider Accounts and Back-Up Operations teams.What you will be doing in this role:Manage provider account implementation and maintenance tasks in CRM and PeopleSoftManage setup tasks in CRM and PeopleSoft for Out of Care Network use and client employee check requestsRespond to and resolve tickets submitted via the incident ticket system.Manage DocuSign tool and process that supports the Provider Accounts team; maintain current knowledge and expectations of documents submitted for signatureSupport implementation of department and provider program initiatives; primarily responsible for completing individual system and department processes/tasks related to ongoing support and success of initiativeCreate, maintain, and deliver Provider Operations output reports for provider account implementationSupport Provider Operations Manager in a proficient capacity for technology initiatives, including UAT and training strategiesManage and maintain technical resources used by Provider Accounts as well as operations and process materials used for provider network management (e.g. contract checklists, process documents, trainings, etc.) with oversight from Provider Operations ManagerIdentify system, process, and training enhancements that lend to efficiencies and improved program performance; document and lead trainings as assignedCollaborate with program cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvementsSupport Provider Relations, Back-Up Operations teams, other internal departments, and Provider Partners to problem solve technical issues, or program related inquiriesWhat we hope you will bring to this role:High school diploma or equivalent/AA degree preferred3+ years in a production-based environment, with a strong preference for those with experience in a service organizationAbility to learn new systems and updated technology quickly; proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM a plusAbility to understand contract documents and details of contract termsStrong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to multi-task with competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining effective time managementAbility to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a cross functional team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to keep up in a fast moving, metrics driven environment, consistently performing at a high output levelStrong root-cause analysis skillsStrong problem-solving capabilitiesDetail orientedThis role has the following employment benefits:Health CareRetirementSick LeaveVacationPaid HolidaysDisability InsuranceLife InsuranceTuition ReimbursementThe compensation for this role is $43,000HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH YOUR APPLICATION?Contact us at or Bright Horizons is dedicated to creating a workforce that promotes and supports diversity and inclusion.
