**Description**Our engineering team is building Humana's Digital Health Platform to unify the member experience across touchpoints, connect digital ecosystem under one roof and accelerate how Humana build and deliver connected user experiences. This team partners with teams across Humana to learn from every interaction to serve the next interaction in order to deliver the right content to the right person at the right time, not only in a responsive way, but in a predictive wayThe right candidate for this role is someone who has both a strong technical background, and either technical management or program/product management background. You will have a system-wide, architectural view of the solutions that you drive and own the challenges working across partner teams/organizations. You must have a diverse set of unblocking tools and mechanisms, resulting in an ability to cultivate relationships and earn trust with teams both inside and outside of your overall organization. You must be able to thrive in both start-up and more mature business environments, be truth seeking, and be willing to not only operate strategically, but be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done yourself. You will have the opportunity to truly make an impact and will contribute to delivering a unique and valuable content experience for customers.**Responsibilities**As a Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM)on the Platform Engineering team, you will be a technical leader with impact. If you are a self-starter, enjoy defining, shaping and building new customer obsessed experiences, and are intrigued by ambiguous problems, this is a role for you.**Responsibilities**+ Translate business requirements into technical/functional specifications for the engineers+ Ascertain the true requirements underlying feature requests; recommend alternative technical approaches and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines+ Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for success+ Partner as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams+ Proven ability to balance think strategically and working tactically+ Excellent verbal and written communication+ Demonstrable success delivering results with cross-functional teams in spite of dependencies+ Comfortable understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical teams+ Able to make customer experience or business impact versus time-to-market trade-offs+ Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, justify decisions, and measure success+ Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment**Requirements**+ System design experience+ 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams+ Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules+ Experience driving roadmap strategy and definition+ 5+ years of technical program management experience+ Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements+ Experience defining requirements, facilitating progress and mitigating risks/blockers.+ Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.+ Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.+ Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience**What It's Like** **To** **Work Here**We take immense pride in cultivating a strong, person-first culture always looking for ways to be intentionally uncommon.
