The Sr. Associate, Compliance is responsible for working independently to help coordinate and implement important compliance related projects across the Bank. The Sr. Associate, Compliance is expected to have a general awareness of compliance requirements across deposit and lending regulations.Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate compliance related projects. Steps included in each project may include: reading and interpreting new regulatory requirements, developing and updating project plans, working with impacted business units and risk partners, updating management on project status, and producing summary project summary documentation.
2. Coordinate or complete other special projects as assigned.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking laws and regulations related to general banking and their impact on First National Bank of Omaha business units.
4. Provide subject matter expertise and consultative services to business units as requested.
5. Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.

Compensation range (base pay): $68,471.00-$109,767.00IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Omaha - FN TowerFinal compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
