Description

This is a long term contract, 100% remote

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive searches end-to-end for professional and managerial level positions
  • Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers; develop a detailed knowledge of position specifications, provide expert consultation on the hiring process, create an effective recruitment strategy and share external market intelligence as needed
  • Establish a robust network across industries that will enable a strong pipeline of passive and active talent; assess/select candidates and manage the interview and offer development/extension process
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other internet sources to develop pools of candidates and referrals
  • Conduct exploratory interviews on a regular basis and develop a system to ensure follow up
  • Provide a flawless candidate experience through every phase of the recruiting process
  • Proactively maintain current knowledge of the Beauty/Cosmetics industry and strategically activate recruitment efforts based on recent industry news
  • Lead or participate in defined and/or ad-hoc projects/initiatives within TA or the broader HR team
  • Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree preferred, but not required
  • 3 plus years of overall recruiting experience
  • Prior experience recruiting for digital profiles is preferred; omni-channel environment is a plus
  • High degree of comfort recruiting for virtual or remote positions is a strong plus
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; knowledge of UltiPro a plus
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact and influence at all levels of management
  • Possess a high level of ability to creatively problem solve
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Strong organizational agility and a high comfort level navigating a highly matrixed environment
  • Capable of evaluating and managing competing priorities as needed
  • Must be able to perform efficiently within a high pressure, fast paced team environment
