Be a part of the team building the future of healthcare!

At Firefly Health, we believe primary care needs re-invention to ensure that all Americans have access to the best care. That’s why we’re taking a different approach. Founded by experienced clinicians, technology leaders, and innovators, Firefly Health aims to provide healthcare that’s twice as good at half the cost. We’re building a full benefit offering for employers - a ‘virtual-first Kaiser’ - to be able to direct savings from higher value care back to our patients. We’re bridging the gap between a high-functioning care team, sophisticated technology, and a scalable business model, with the ambition to ensure all people have access to continuous, holistic health care that's catered to their unique needs.

Driven by a passion for bettering healthcare and a belief that there should be an easier way for more people to access it, our team puts people at the center of everything we do. If you share our innovative spirit and desire to change the world of health care, this just might be the place for you.
