This position will be adding to Everi's Recruiting 'Dream Team' and will be sourcing, interviewing, and working strategically to bring in talent for our technical positions within the company.

We are looking for a passionate recruiter - someone who appreciates how important it is for candidates and hiring managers to have a positive recruiting experience.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Full lifecycle technical recruitment for full-time, temporary, part-time, and intern positions.
  • Understand the hiring manager’s needs and find the right candidate for the position through application review, sourcing, networking, etc.
  • Partner with other internal teams and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, forecasting, and goals.
  • Communicate job offers, negotiate when necessary, and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Move candidates through our ATS and provide detailed notes for every step of the process.

    • Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed to do the Job:

  • Strong familiarity with MS Office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with extensive success in recruiting Software Developers, Network and Systems Engineers, BI Developers, etc.
  • Staffing agency experience is a plus!
  • Account Management experience.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements impacting recruiting and screening.
