Job Description

  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities, data integrity, process, compliance and build out of Medable’s HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Work in parallel with key stakeholders to build out of additional HR Modules/functionality within HRIS; including but not limited to Core HCM, Performance Management, Total Rewards & Compensation, Talent Planning
  • Oversee all system upgrades and system additions/integrations in partnership with the Information Technology (IT)/Business Systems
  • Take point on any future-state HR Information System/Applicant Tracking System Migration including but not limited to gap analysis and strategy, project management, data migration, policy and process mapping, data integrity & hygiene, and overall change management
  • Maintain data integrity in systems and ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data retention/protection laws
  • Work alongside the IT department/Business Systems teams to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS
  • Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation
  • Evaluate, select and expand/implement HR Technology solutions that align with the HR strategy and business objectives
  • Ensure operational processes balance flexibility and scalability, ensuring diverse users have the data, tools, and processes
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple teams, deliverables, dependencies and perspectives, to create cohesive project/implementation plans. 
  • Ensure project deliverables & milestones are met on time and to the highest standard of quality
  • Comfortable driving through ambiguity while handling accountability without control to deliver on goals and initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
  • Comprehensive experience with HR database/ATS administration, policy and compliance
  • Experience using Workday, Oracle or SAP HCM
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or project experience using methodology, ability to manage a portfolio of systems vendors to maximize ROI
  • Comprehensive experience with HR database/ATS administration, policy and compliance
  • 5+ years of working experience as HR Systems/Operations Manager or a combination of education and experience
  • International experience (preferred)
