They will partner with internal teams and senior leadership to develop communications including drafting internal org wide announcements, compiling publications, developing presentations and working with Operations to ensure all communication modalities are used in a thoughtful and meaningful way.Competencies:Exceptional writing skills and ability to create strong presentations visualizing complex topics and subjects for easy consumption across all levels of the organization including executive leadershipWorks well under pressure with meticulous attention to detailStrategic thinking - ability to see big picture and link appropriate communication modalities to messagesMeets deadlines, collaborates and is efficient.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Innovative, organized, and self-motivated with a keen interest in driving strategic messages to key internal and external role-players.Responsibilities:Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments.Adhere to the company's style guide, ensuring production of high-quality messages.Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company's strategy and in support of various initiatives.Support and evaluate results of communications with leadership.Requirements:Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field (essential).A minimum of 2 years experience in communications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Highly computer literate with capability in email, Google Suite, and related business and communication tools.Content writing experience for all media platforms with the ability to create easily consumable presentations with complex topics and subjects.Strategic and creative mindset.Meticulous attention to detail.A portfolio of work available for review.Mastery with google business tools: gmail, slides, docs, sheets
