Manager UX/UI Design will be responsible for user experience. Create and maintain a strategic brand for all of the healthcare products and offerings. Manage product life cycle while staying leading edge on usability trends, practices and interfaces that are user-centric. 

Will truly make a difference for front line workers in healthcare industry – improve their ability to communicate with the whole team, ensure the screen and options are easy to use.

My client is the market leader and money to invest on products/options for the future….need creative influencers who can direct engineering team to accomplish their vision.

In this role you will be expected to

  • Conduct in-depth market research, usability testing and end-users' feedback gathering studies. Then create user-centered designs through users' feedback and usability study findings
  • Will deliver UX/UI architecture, wireframes, mockups, click-through prototypes for web/mobile applications using wireframe tools (e.g. InVision and Wireframe.cc)
  • Identify and collaborate successfully with Key Leaders
  • Create strategic market plans that can demonstrate financial impact
  • Develop effective surveys and facilitating focus groups to collect market research data; proactively identifying market needs and creating business case to support needs
  • Lead new product launches and project initiatives

    5-7 years in:

    • Creating user-centered UX/UI architecture, interfaces, interactions, visual design and click-through prototypes of web and mobile applications

    • Create user-centered designs through consideration users’ feedback and usability study findings

    • Expertise in Agile methodology and Scrum principles

    BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design
