Who We’re Looking For:

  • Working alongside the Product & Engineering teams, the ideal candidate is a master of cross-functional leadership, a determined problem solver, and is highly capable of navigating competing demands of complex programs and initiatives.
  • The Technical Project Manager is responsible for identifying and resolving dependencies, managing multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring delivery of outcomes that are aligned with the strategy and goals of the organization. This role will support a growing portfolio of initiatives, and will help drive greater outcomes and efficiencies across Product, Engineering and the rest of the organization.
  • What You Get To Do:

  • Engage teams in program-level planning and execution in multiple sprint increments
  • Identify and manage incoming and outgoing dependencies for the team
  • Remove impediments to delivery of initiatives
  • Communicate status, timelines and risks
  • Coach and mentor teams to increase agility across your portfolio teams
  • Attend and represent your portfolio teams in Scrum of Scrums
  • Pulse on key initiatives from initiation through release
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risks across the portfolio
  • Attend and provide coaching to Agile teams’ ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Release Planning and Retrospectives.
  • Champion best practices for Release Management, Dependency Mapping, JIRA Portfolio, Change Management etc.
  • Monitor team’s Agile Metrics, and support teams to course correct any lagging metrics i.e. Velocity, Committed vs Completed etc.
  • Run efficient meetings with preparation from PO, team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure User Stories are written correctly with clear DoD and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Support EPMO by working with Product Management to ensure Product Operations processes are being implemented
  • What You Bring To The Table:

  • Minimum 2 years of Technical Project Manager experience with in-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks.
  • Scrum Master experience highly desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years of proficiency with Jira 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong facilitation skills and strong conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders to build strong relationships across the organization
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Management Information Systems or Computer Science is a plus)
