They also support the ideation and development of our tailored security services offerings around a number of security domains within both cybersecurity and physical security. Successful candidates are expected to be able to work independently and provide guidance to, if not oversee, junior practitioners on deliverables and work products. Most importantly, our Senior Consultants are also expected to mentor, support, and develop our junior practitioners because we know that our team members are our most valuable resource. How you'll make an impact:Support the ideation, creation, development, and delivery of custom security solutionsLead the development of all deliverables, work products, and business development materials. Oversee junior practitioners and their support in these activities to ensure quality of services and deliverablesSupport and motivate client engagement team members with diverse skills and backgroundsFoster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
