The talent acquisition team at New Western Acquisitions delivers a high volume of quality candidates at an exceptionally quick rate for real estate-oriented positions across our 35+ US offices. The Research/Sourcing Specialist will support our team of recruiters by conducting candidate research and sourcing activities utilizing industry leading tools, practices and expertise. What You’ll Do

  • Research: Utilize various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, resume databases, industry websites, subscription-based, and proprietary database resources to generate candidate names and profiles. Use deeper research and sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and social media conversations to increase efficiency.
  • Partner: Work directly with individual recruiters to develop comprehensive candidate profiles and understand how to evaluate a candidates' resume and profile against the recruiter’s position requisition criteria.
  • Organize: Compile lists of sourced candidates into Google sheets, Microsoft Excel and other formats. Upload sourced candidate data into Applicant Tracking Software. Use LinkedIn Recruiter to upload lists, create projects and update pipelines.
  • Learn: Proactively research and discover new resources, tools and innovative methods to accomplish goals more effectively and efficiently. Contribute to the knowledge base of the talent acquisition team by providing information about talent pool trends, new sourcing methods and resources.
  • Communicate: Articulate clear and concise messages with an emphasis on executive style. Emails and social media message with prospective candidates.
  • Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 or more years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel including the use of advanced formulas and functions.
  • 1 or more years of experience using applicant tracking software. Experience with Lever is preferred.
  • Proficiency with social media search, groups and advanced functionality.
