Datonics is seeking top performing team player with excellent communication, listening, and adaptation skills as well as experience in selling data, SaaS, and/or social audiences to advertising agencies and brands. We are looking for a brilliant sales executive who will help identify and present Datonics datasets to our advertiser clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing our advertisers with the appropriate materials and solutions. This position will report to Datonics’ VP Data Solutions. This will be a remote position until team members feel comfortable returning to our Long Island City office in Queens, NY. We’ll also consider candidates in LA, SF, Chicago, Austin/Dallas and other major adtech markets.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Increase data usage and revenue in DSP/DMPs and social platforms by educating agencies and brands of Datonics data solutions and offerings.
  • Serve as the liaison between Datonics and advertisers in responding to their inquiries including RFIs/RFPs and data requests.
  • Strategically engage with and grow relationships with agency data planning, strategy and activation teams.
  • Become an expert at presenting Datonics products and unique value propositions.
  • Prospect and schedule calls & meetings with agencies and advertisers.
  • Stay informed of digital industry developments and trends.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years working in a client facing sales role in the online advertising industry.
  • Strong knowledge of and familiarity with the online advertising ecosystem.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and technical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.
