What You Will Need
- 4+ years of strong, hands-on experience with JavaScript, React.js, React Native and js
- Experience developing REST APIs for various platform integrations
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience integrating with CMS systems (Contentful, Jotform) through APIs
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloudflare, Kubernetes, Docker
- Hands-on experience with other tools/platforms: Github, Okta, SendGrid, Square
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps and corresponding tools for build/test/deploy automation: CircleCI, Terraform, Selenium
- Strong understanding of Microservices and service-oriented architecture
- Strong knowledge of the object-oriented paradigm and design patterns
- Experience with Enterprise Java a plus
- Experience developing low latency, high availability applications
- Ability to deliver within a fast-paced agile software development life cycle
Nice to Have
- Personal projects that demonstrate problem-solving engineering aptitude and product sense
- Ability to develop in areas outside their comfort zone and keep up to date with the latest technologies
- Experience building projects from the ground up and jumping into an existing code base
- Desire to keep up to date on engineering best practices and the latest technologies and trends
- Ability to wear multiple hats and communicate effectively with product development and engineering teams
