Software engineers 2 are responsible for providing development working with architect and scrum master. They research, document, support and develop changes for new SaleForce CRM module. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies including driving cloud adoption as well as DevOps. As a Systems Engineer 2, you will:

  • Perform coding, testing, implementation and support tasks in order to develop, maintain, and enhance computer solutions for business needs

  • Perform or assist in analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and support tasks needed to develop, maintain the SalesForce CRM module

  • Act as a group leader, partnering with project managers to transform business requirements into actual designs.

  • Answer incoming customer calls, resolving specific questions about specific applications

  • Create process improvements for various business segments

  • Design and develop RESTful API and Soap services

  • Deploying and Testing and implementing code using a DevOps methodology

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development

  • Experience with SalesForce CRM development

  • Experience building both SOAP and restful APIs and Web services within WCF

  • Object oriented programming skills on the .NET platform

  • Experience working with relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle)

  • Working experience with MS Office technologies

  • Creative, out of the box, problem solver that can present alternative solutions to address an issue

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and working as part of a global team, as well as working independently

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Copado

  • Experience with Mulesoft

  • Experience with cloud-hosting solutions and CI/CD pipeline tools.

  • Experience with IBM infrastructure products a plus (API Connect, etc.)

  • Experience working closely with end user consumers

  • Healthcare experience
