Title of Job: Sr Technical Recruiter for Fortune 100 

Location: REMOTE (anywhere in the US)

The CSI Companies is hiring a Sr Technical Recruiter for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in.  This job can be worked from anywhere in the US as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area.

Pay: $35-53 an hour (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).

Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday

Status: Consultant: Starting off as a consultant/contractor there is always potential for long term / conversion for the right employee upon business needs. Almost all of the positions within this client start off as a contractor due to being a Fortune 100 company.

Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately

Job Duties:

  1. Maintain market/business intelligence regarding function and business unit alignment. As defined by SLA for the role work with Hiring Managers to build overall understanding of position requirements, department goals, and organization business plan.
  2. Assist Hiring Manager in evaluating candidates, offer negotiation, and overall process troubleshooting – including review and consultation of internal salary reference points, market compensation tables, and market intelligence in order to recommend offer package components.
  3. Move candidates through steps and statuses per candidate SLA leveraging correspondence library
  4. Debrief hiring manager and candidates throughout recruitment process in accordance with the SLA for the position
  5. Resolve routine concerns and/or escalates to appropriate area for more complex recruitment concerns. Use interaction to positively impact the candidate experience.
  6. Interview and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates and processes, leveraging behavior-based interview and assessment techniques
  7. Present pre-screened candidates to management utilizing consistent process
  8. May participate in TA projects. Projects could include large scale TA process improvement initiatives, MBA recruitment, social media, participation in user councils, and participation in diversity events

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience

5+ years of end-to-end recruitment

2+ years of technical recruiting experience

A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
