What you will do



The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the North America Marketing team’s strategic campaign planning, execution, and optimization through digital and traditional marketing channels to drive growth opportunities across the Sensormatic Solutions portfolio.

Reporting to the Americas Director of Marketing, this energetic and data driven marketing strategist will have exceptional leadership and communication skills. The Sr Marketing Manager will have a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results.

How you will do it
  • Growth Focused Plan and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns and analyze performance to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue Align with internal teams across marketing, sales, and product to build consistent market awareness programs that amplify Sensormatic Solutions growing portfolio Actively engage with retail industry associations, academia, and influencers, establishing respect, and advancing regional commercial goals Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives Develop and monitor sound metrics to accurately analyze the success of campaigns and report results Provide support to sales leadership and sales enablement assistance to key accounts across North America Develop a deep understanding of competitive retail strategies, messaging, products, and services in order to differentiate and enhance Sensormatic Solutions positioning in content and presentations Knowledge of account-based marketing strategies, retailer pain points and Sensormatic’s solution portfolio in order to build and execute custom, one to one and one to many ABM plans that deliver designed outcomes
  • Lead Generation and Sales Enablement Plan and execute digital and physical events as elements of campaigns that drive customer interaction and demand gen opportunities such as industry conferences, customer advisory boards, and webcasts Firmly understand and track team lead generation goals and outcomes Optimize lead processes for the Americas as the organization continue to grow and evolve Work with the digital marketing team to understand and build out digital customer journeys that increase traffic and conversions
  • Communications Work with key members across the business unit to understand sales needs and align on marketing deliverables needed to achieve goals Communicate campaign strategy and tactics in a highly matrixed organization for internal buy-in and alignment Create digital social selling tools and training to amplify campaign tactics and deliverables Substantial retail industry knowledge that drives the ability to recognize thought leadership and positioning opportunities that differentiate Sensormatic solutions
  • Partner and Channel Marketing Assist in coordinating and facilitating channel marketing programs that align with regional sales goals and focus Transform Sensormatic specific content and campaigns to assets that can be leveraged by our partner network to drive profitable customer acquisition Lead the North America marketing and channel teams internal communications to ensure alignment on new campaigns, initiatives, and content
  • What we look for
    Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years’ experience strategizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue Strong presentation skills
  • Must be a self-starter who isn’t afraid to try new things and take our organization where it has never been before
  • Must be a data-driven and results driven marketer
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced culture

  • Experience in the following:

  • Retail industry
  • Digital marketing and social selling
  • Marketing in the high-tech industry
  • Marketing SaaS business models
  • Creating, training, and rolling out social selling tools
  • Driving demand generation tactics from lead generation to nurture and reporting
