Job Summary

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for aspects of new candidate pipeline, sourcing, and proactive outreach. Working remotely, the Talent Sourcing Specialist will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and Operations leaders to understand the business need and deliver qualified candidates to the hiring team. This position will play a critical role in the ClinicalMind talent attraction strategy by assisting with internal corporate staffing initiatives as well as being the first point of contact of the hiring process for multiple business units.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with passive talent through multiple tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, , and creative search techniques to identify qualified candidates
  • Utilize and maintain applicant tracking systems
  • Collaborate with business units during recruitment strategy discussions 
  • Expand job postings to advertise with appropriate job boards and media outlets
  • Proactively network for referrals that will identify additional talent for open positions
  • Advise hiring teams on market trends, industry insights, and identifiable talent pools
  • Research new sourcing techniques and channels
  • Develop a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Recommend and guide improvements that impact local pipeline areas

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 year of TA coordinator, recruiting, or sourcing experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Familiarity with sourcing resources and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative approaches to delivering talent
  • Strong communication skills, with a history of building relationships
  • Have strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Experience working with multiple organizations, prioritize based on the view of business needs and push back on stakeholders to communicate priorities and timelines
