*This is a full time, remote position for one of our clients.
*This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Will be responsible for selling to large, complex, strategic accounts, such as Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). This individual is accountable to develop and manage strategic customer relationships that result in the retention of company base-business and the further penetration of the company product portfolio to existing and new accounts. To do this, the Director, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) sets effective Account strategy and leads the tactical execution of that strategy by leveraging the full scope of resources across the commercial team.

Responsibilities for Director, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN)- Remote:

Primary responsibilities include: 1) achieve sales objectives within selected accounts; 2) establish and build senior-level relationships within assigned Accounts; 3) leverage relationships, customer and market knowledge, and internal resources to drive new profitable sales while protecting base-business; 4) identify innovative strategic solutions for the commercial team; 5) provide accurate and timely forecasting to senior leadership; 6) collaborate across functions to ensure commercial goal achievement.

Requirements for Director, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN)- Remote:

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve financial goals or strategic business objectives.
  • Experience and success in developing and leveraging relationships and creating value with senior executives within an Integrated Health System, Hospital Pharmacy, and/or GPO.
  • Excellent executive presentation, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and trends as it relates to Hospital Pharmacy.
  • Excellent customer orientation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to organize, manage and coordinate resources.
  • Success leading complex sales and contract negotiation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate change.
  • Effective relationship development and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong sales management abilities, strategic planning skills, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
  • 5 or more years of IDN sales experience.
  • 50% Travel required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
