EDUCATIONAL, CERTIFICATE and LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:Associates Degree (AA) facilities management, building, business preferred.EXPERIENCE, SKILL and ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:1 year of experience in facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries.required.1 year of experience in data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.Customer service experience.JOB DESCRIPTION:SUMMARYThe Facilities Coordinator provides assistance to ensure successful delivery of repair and maintenance services to retailpharmacies. Directly supports the Regional Facilities Manager with on-going facility and team related responsibilities.The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aids brand and strategy and adhere to our corevalues and service attributes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of vendors ensuringtimely and quality issue resolution and service delivery. Act as the primary contact for the Facilities area. Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Respond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action. Remain knowledgeable regarding all operational aspects of building systems. Coordinate with outside vendors for the service and repairs of equipment, finishes, and building components. Follow protocol for emergency responses. Create work orders and assign work orders to the vendors through CMMS. Report on open and closed work orders and check the status of open work orders with the assigned party. Request, review, and submit work orders, bids, and proposals from vendors through CMMS. Review final invoice pricing and approve payments in a timely manner. Assist in the monitoring and assessment of vendor performance. Train vendors on work order and billing procedures. Manage complex work orders such as environmental issues and disaster recovery. Create and record appropriate written communication between all parties. Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on building equipment. Communicate frequently with store associates, management, and vendors to resolve issues and provideproject status updates.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.
