Work location is subject to change based on business needs.**About this Role:**The responsibility of this role includes scheduling, and forecasting for Customer Care. In addition, other responsibilities include advising Customer Care staff of potential high volume days and scheduling accordingly, and total knowledge and maintenance of the WFM system.**Responsible for all aspects of scheduling for the call center.**+ Create and maintain all schedules and perform adjustments as needed daily, weekly, and monthly.+ Facilitate the shift bid process for customer care.+ Manage PTO waitlist and group allowance balance as well as facilitate the PTO bid process.+ Review requests for schedule changes (FT or PT) for both temporary and permanent changes.+ Anticipate staffing needs and make recommendations to call center staff regarding scheduling of agents and events.+ Prepare and distribute daily plan and events to supervisors.+ Obtain a stronger working knowledge to forecast**Responsible for identifying and maintaining staffing needs.**+ Identify and recruit any staffing shortages weekly and monthly.+ Identify specialty/skill staffing needs and coordinate cross-training plan+ Maintain staff and forecast groups and shrinkage sets**Act a subject matter expert for all system access for Customer Care**+ Assist in setting up system access for all new hires and existing agents.**Create and assist with reporting for Customer Care**+ Create and maintain intraday, intraweek and other related ad-hoc reports.+ Assist Senior Manager and Capacity Planner in reporting functions+ Provide adherence reporting to managers weekly and monthly.+ Make daily sheet adjustments.+ Check sign on and sign off reports and track adherence to schedules for supervisors.**Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the customer care staff and management.**+ Assist in real-time needs based on workload or coverage needs+ Process all requests in a timely and efficient manner.+ Use diplomacy when delivering unfavorable news in regards to schedule requests.**Understand and adhere to all bank policy, laws and regulations applicable to role.**+ Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required+ Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in the FNBO Compliance Accountability Program.**Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.**+ Be proactive and respectful in all working relationships+ Maintain constructive working relationships.+ Live out the Operating Philosophy and Organizational Attributes.+ Demonstrates a willingness to cooperate with co-workers and management staff.+ Complete all work assigned within the allotted time frames.+ Maintain a regular and predictable record of attendance according to department guidelines.**Compensation:**Compensation range (base pay): $34,046.00-$54,520.00IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Work at Home - NebraskaFinal compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.**Benefits Overview:**We offer a variety of benefits designed to keep you and your family physically and financially healthy.
