JOB SUMMARY This is a key role with responsibility and involvement across a broad range of operational and financial management areas. Specific activities include operational reporting and forecasting, business financial analysis in support of strategic initiatives and developing data-driven insights to drive the business forward in a measureable way. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Others may be assigned. Develop a suite of operational performance reporting and communicate business unit operational performance trends (both historical and forecasted). Facilitate the Integrated Management System across all operational functions by streamlining communication across sites, standardizing operational reporting throughout the organization and influencing process improvement. Maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with the necessary insight to establish goals, measure performance and make sound business decisions. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES If direct report positions are listed below, the following responsibilities will be performed in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
