We are looking for a Team Lead to guide our global team of Partner Delivery Managers (PDMs) within the Professional Services (PS) organization. The PDM team develops and executes programs and activities to onboard and support a portfolio of Ping Identity services delivery partners. The PDM team also works with the Ping Identity Channel team to create a seamless partner experience and a unified view into partner skills, capacity and performance.
We are looking for someone with the ability to provide daily guidance to our global PDM team by setting and accomplishing a vision for the ongoing evolution of the program and supporting a strong collaborative culture within this virtual team. As a PDM Team Lead, you will report to a Senior Manager of Professional Services.
