The right person for the role will be someone who cares deeply about our customers, continuously learns and understands how we deliver value to them, and brings a balance of strategic thinking and rapid execution.You will drive the go-to market positioning, strategy, and clear messaging for our portfolio of products, services and user experiences. This role works cross-functionally with product, coach network, sales, customer success, customer support, and other marketing stakeholders.This is a new category creation experience and a great development opportunity to design a scalable product marketing practice and grow along with a fast-growing start-up.WHAT WILL I BE DOING: (specific details of the job):Develop a strong understanding of the broader ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop positioning, value proposition and messaging for product lines and featuresStandardize product naming across product UX, sales collateral, and marketing materialsOwn feature roll-out communication to both the internal and external stakeholdersDevelop go-to-market launch strategies for new features that drive customer adoption, increase in engagement, retention, and expansionProduce high quality materials with pertinent feature details for sales enablementCollaborate with Marketing team to develop our customers needs/expectations, and how products will meet those needs through surveys, interviews, and feedback from Sales and customer successRepresent the voice of the customer and demonstrate a pulse of the competitive landscapePartner and collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to help define the product strategy and feature roadmapPartner with key stakeholders in the envisioning, development, and iterative journey to product-market fit for a 0-to-1 enterprise productContinuously find ways to run quick and cheap experiments that allow us to iterate on messaging, marketing assets and tactics, onboarding journeys, and more.Develop a pricing strategy based on market positioning and competitive research along with SalesWHAT SKILLS DO I NEED:Skilled storyteller who can craft compelling messages across audiencesBring the rigor of gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform product strategyExperience with B2B marketing and sales enablementIndependent, self-starter with ability to work remotelyStrong quantitative analytical abilityExcellent command of English, both written and verbalComfort in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environmentDeliver results in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environmentSuperior attention to detailWHAT EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED:BA/BS or equivalent education in business, marketing, communication or a related field.
